    There is no fee to use Mars Bank Online. However, outside of any promotional timeframe, there will be a fee to use the Bill Pay feature.

    No. You do not have to be a Service Plus customer to enroll in Mars Bank Online.

    Simply go to www.marsbank.com and click on "Bank Online." Then, select Personal or Business and click on "sign up for Online Banking" to begin the enrollment process.

    No. You will need to request that the auto debit be cancelled before you request the same transaction on line.

    The billing cycle request is based on the end date of the cycle. For instance, if the statement you are requesting runs from mid April to mid May, you should request the May statement.

    You can reverse a stop payment by using the Item Correction feature. (Provided the correction request is submitted with ample time to reverse the request).

    We recommend that you submit your transaction cancellation request at least one day prior to the scheduled transaction date.

    Yes. You can make a deposit into a Passbook Savings Account online. You may not withdraw from a Passbook savings online.
