Mars National Bank Announces Dividend

MARS, PENNSYLVANIA – Mars National Bank (OTCQB:  MNBP) has announced that in order to more closely align its dividend payment practice with earnings and current industry standards, the Board of Directors of Mars National Bank has approved the change from paying dividends on a semi-annual to a quarterly basis.

In conjunction with that change, the Board is pleased to have declared a quarterly cash dividend of $3.00 per share for the three months ended September 30, 2012.  The dividend is payable on December 21, 2012 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 7, 2012.
