Available Consumer Customer Assistance Programs

Mortgage, Home Equity and Personal Assistance
  • Loan assistance with no credit bureau impact:
    • Interest-only programs available

    • Payment deferral programs available

  • Temporary suspension of late fees through May 15; fees may be waived or refunded upon request for customers facing financial hardship during the assistance period
  • Temporary suspension of new foreclosures and new repossessions for customers impacted by COVID-19

  • Emergency unsecured personal loans up to $7,500 for assistance to cover necessities and living expenses during this crisis (subject to credit approval and other guidelines)

Consumer Banking Assistance
  • Fees – Stop payment, account overdraft, account research, and account low balance fees may be waived or refunded upon request for customers facing financial hardship during the assistance period
  • Certificates of Deposits – early withdrawal penalties may be waived or refunded upon request for customers facing financial hardship during the assistance period
  • Debit Cards – Rush card replacements with no fee upon request for customers facing financial hardship during the assistance period
  • Credit Cards – Customers with Mars Bank credit cards issued by TCM will be offered a Skip-a-Pay option. Cardholders may skip the minimum payment due, however, finance charges will continue to accrue. TCM is also providing waived late payment fees, free phone payments and payment schedule changes. See your April credit card statement or call 800-883-0131 for more information
