The World Health Organization yesterday (March 11, 2020) declared the coronavirus outbreak a global pandemic. Mars Bank management has been tracking the outbreak and taking appropriate actions to protect the health and well-being of the Mars Bank staff and customers.
The Bank Remains Open for Business
As we monitor the outbreak, Mars Bank remains open and is taking appropriate precautions, including thoroughly and regularly cleaning banking centers, offices and ATMs in accordance with CDC protocols. As the outbreak evolves, we will take appropriate actions and communicate any changes to our customers.
Bank Anywhere at Any Time
Mars Bank remains open 24/7 though online banking and bill pay, mobile banking via the Mars Bank app, telephone banking and our ATM network. Checking balances, depositing checks, transferring money, paying bills and more can be done via a computer, laptop or mobile device.
Be on the Alert for Scams
Unfortunately, scammers are using the outbreak as an opportunity. Be aware – do not click on emails from individuals or organizations you do not recognize. If you have questions about communications from Mars Bank, call 724-625-1555 Ext. 287 or your local banking center. Mars Bank staff will never ask for your PIN or password.
