Mars Bank is continually monitoring the pandemic situation and will adjust the availability of our locations, hours and services to allow our customers to conduct critical and life-sustaining banking. We will update you via email and on this page.
Governor Wolf’s guidelines for “life-sustaining businesses” to remain open includes financial institutions. However, we must balance providing access and services with the responsibility to help prevent the spread of the virus to protect our staff and our customers.
During this crisis Mars Bank will continue to serve the critical and life-sustaining needs of our customers. We thank you for your assistance to do your part as we navigate this crisis together. Please be aware:
- To protect you and our staff only critical and life-sustaining transactions should be conducted at the drive-thru windows of our banking centers.
- Wait times will be longer as we are cleaning the drive-thru canister between each customer’s use and cleaning other surfaces in the lobby and on ATMs throughout the day.
- Please request an appointment in the banking center lobby only for critical access to a safety deposit box or other vital need.
- Please conduct all other transactions via online, mobile, ATM or telephone banking. Links to instructions about accessing and using these services are on our Covid-19 update webpage at MarsBank.com/coronavirus/
