Online Bankingenroll online through this link. Use online banking to check balances and transfer funds. 

Online Bill Pay – after enrolling in online banking, add Bill Pay by accessing the “Payments” link in online banking.

Online and Mobile Banking and Mobile Deposit FAQs

How can I enroll in online banking?
Enrollment in Mars Bank online banking is easy! Select the personal enroll option on the Marsbank.com home page. Once you agree to the terms and conditions, the enrollment process is complete in three easy steps.
In my online banking there is an amount in red under pending. What is that amount?
This pending amount represents an amount from a recent transaction that is still in process. This may be due to a purchase made using a debit card that hasn’t yet been fully processed by the merchant, or a recent check deposit to your account that is not yet fully available.
Is there a fee to use online banking – or any of the online banking services?
No! Online banking is absolutely free! Online bill payment and the mobile app are also free!
I would like eStatements, how do I enroll?
Once you are logged into online banking, select the statements tab on the left side. Once you accept the terms and conditions, all available statements will load. Please note, you will no longer receive printed statements for any of your accounts. This option will change all of your Mars Bank accounts to eStatements.
If I have eStatements, can I still receive paper statements?
When you sign up for eStatements, you will no longer receive paper statements in the mail.
Can I view all of my accounts in online banking?
Yes! If you do not see one of your accounts in your profile, please contact your local banking center or the online banking department at 724.625.1555 x222 and we can assist.
What is mobile deposit?
Mobile deposit is a convenient, free service that allows personal and business customers to make check deposits using their smartphone.
Is there a fee for mobile banking?
There is no cost to use mobile banking. Its convenient and free!
Can I deposit any type of check to my account using mobile deposit?
While most checks can be deposited using mobile deposit, the following items cannot be deposited via mobile deposit: checks drawn in foreign currency, traveler’s checks, or checks payable to someone else. Be sure to properly endorse your check.
Is it safe to use?
Yes! Mobile deposit uses the same level of security and encryption standards as online banking, which means that your deposits and personal information are safe.
Are there dollar limits?
There are limits for the service. Personal mobile deposits are limited to $3,000.00 per day and Business mobile deposits are limited to $5,000.00 per day.
Do I need to sign the back of the check when depositing it via mobile deposit?
Yes. An endorsement is required and should be signed with your name, and “For Mobile Deposit Mars Bank”. Proper endorsement will help to avoid unnecessary delays and/or rejection of the item.
Am I notified if a check is rejected?
Yes. You will receive an email notification to the email address that we have on file.
Do I need to keep the check after I make the deposit?
It is recommended that you keep the check for five business days. Once you have ensured the check has been fully credited to your account, the check can then be destroyed.
